Cheryl Anne Osterhout

Cheryl was born May 19, 1960, to Bruce Span and Bonnie Patton Span. Cheryl later gained a younger sister, Michelle. Cheryl graduated from Burley High School in 1978. Cheryl married Randall Osterhout and they had two boys, Jake and Wade Osterhout. Cheryl and Randall resided in Declo, Idaho for many years and later divorced. Cheryl was a Truck Driver and hauled for many trucking companies. She worked at Simplot for several years as well. Cheryl enjoyed riding horses, gardening, playing softball, drawing, and crafts. She also loved hanging out with friends. Everyone called her Slick. Cheryl suffered a stroke a few years ago that caused rapid deterioration of the brain. Cheryl spent her final years under the care of Applegate Assisted Living in Buhl, Idaho, passing away at the facility. Cheryl is preceded in death by her parents. Cheryl is survived by her sons Jake (Jennifer) Osterhout of Burley, Wade Osterhout of Boise, her sister Michelle Garcia of Corpus Christi Texas and several grandchildren. Cheryl requested there be no service. She will be laid to rest at the Minidoka Acequia Rupert Cemetery.
