He was fifth born of 13 children to John and Opal McBride. Earl loved to take his trolling boat and motorhome fishing and camping and spend time with friends and family. He was an avid hunter in his younger years. After retirement he was a snowbird and enjoyed spending time during the winter in Yuma, Arizona. He was very proud of his service in the United States Navy. He spent 35 years working for the Amalgamated Sugar Company where he worked his way up to become an end foreman and even served as the union president for a few years. Earl was a loving family man and friend and was always willing to help his family and friends. He loved listening to classic country music and watching his brothers play live music. The McBride Brothers band were very well liked and played many shows in the magic valley and elsewhere. Earl was the manager of the band. He was part of a very large family that stayed in close contact and loved one another very much, visiting often and gathering at least three times a year for an annul family reunion, Easter dinner in the South Hills, and Christmas dinner. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him and enjoyed spending time with him. Earl was preceded in death by his siblings Cecil, Esther, John, Charlie, and Bob, his daughters Mona Ray and Michelle, and his granddaughter Heather. He is survived by his two sons David and Eric, his siblings Billy, Alice, Verle, Opal, Jeanie, Tip, and Sue.
