Edward Noel

July 20, 1943 — March 22, 2023

Edward Allen Noel Edward Allen Noel of Twin Falls, Idaho passed away peacefully in the loving company of his family on March 22, 2023. Ed was born on July 20, 1943 to Orville Noel and Virginia (Andersen) in Riverside, California. From 1960-1966 Ed served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He was recently honored with a Naval pinning service by Veteran chaplains while in the care center. He married Mardene (Deani) Call in 1978. Deani stepped into and up to a motherly role with Ed’s existing 6 children. Ed was an entrepreneur. In the early 70s he started Ed Noel Steel Construction, building grain storage facilities. Following the steel construction business, he helped to expand the only seamless aluminum siding business in the Boise area, Idaho Seamless Siding. In Twin Falls, he owned Check Savers from 1984-1995. He then started Computer Place with his business partner, building and repairing computers until he retired in December of 2022. Ed had a great love for outdoor activities, particularly golf and fishing. He was quite good at these, and transferred much of that love and skills to his children and their children and future generations to come. He was a huge football fan of his Boise State Broncos and looked forward to each of those games. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Deani Noel; his children, Mike Noel (Vicki); Donna Reinstein (Dennis); Traci Lofthus (James); David Noel (Debbie); Jim Rackham (Chris); Sonya Povey (Jared); 14 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by wives Helen (Hiebert) Noel, Eiko Fukimoto, his parents, sister Bobbie Coombs, and grandson, Jordan Povey. The family expresses their appreciation to many caregivers at St Lukes, Serenity, Cenoma, and Visions Hospice. The family will be having a celebration of life at a future date, surrounded with loved ones.
