John M. Collins 

February 8, 1953 – December 4, 2025

John M. Collins, affectionately known as “Johnny,” age 72, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Heritage Assisted Living Center in Twin Falls, Idaho.

John was born on February 8, 1953, and was raised in Rupert, Idaho. He grew up surrounded by family and was deeply loved by his mother, Helen Levey, and stepfather, Phil Levey. John shared his childhood with his brothers, Don, Kris, and Randy, and his sisters, Tracey, Tonia, and Paula. Later in life, John moved with his family to Meridian, Idaho.

John lived with a disability, and throughout his life, he was lovingly cared for by his family. In his later years, he resided at Heritage Assisted Living Center in Twin Falls, where he received compassionate care and support until his passing.

John is survived by his sister, Tonia Collins, his only living relative.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Heritage Assisted Living Center for the kindness, dignity, and exceptional care shown to John.
