Judith Bailey

On January 13th, 2022, Judith Kathleen Bailey, passed away in Twin Falls Idaho at the age of 69. She was born March 1, 1952 at Fort Hamilton California to Philip E. Joyal and Arlene (O’Bryan) Joyal. Judi was the youngest of 6 children and spent her childhood with her family in the military following her father in his Airforce career across the US and Canada. The family later settled in Elko NV, where she finished High School. She soon met and married Luke Bailey of Rogerson ID. Judi and Luke spent time in Germany during his Army tour just prior to giving birth to son Bradley in Oct. 1972 and then Jessica in July 1974. Their journey, after the military, took them to many ranches and small towns in Idaho and Nevada, where they later divorced. Judi is survived by the following: son Bradley (Jane) Bailey of Blackfoot ID, two beautiful grandkids Brody & Rachel Bailey; daughter Jessica (Terry) Obenchain of Hansen Idaho, brother Kenneth Joyal of Pueblo Colorado, brother Ron Joyal of Canada, sister Arlene Martinez of Boise Idaho, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Philip & Arlene Joyal of Jarbidge Nevada. as well as two sisters Roberta Wagner of Boise Idaho, and Barbara Grove from Maryland/Tennessee. She will be dearly missed, but we are sure she and her sisters are sitting together laughing amongst themselves as they used to do over the years for hours and hours at a time! A celebration of life for Judi is scheduled for February 19th in Hansen Idaho. Address to be determined and posted soon.
