Kenneth Wayne Grubb, of Twin Falls, ID passed away at St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center on Friday, May 22nd, 2020. Kenneth was born in Temple, Oklahoma, on September 24th, 1933 to Elias Melton Grubb and Esther Lula Grubb. He graduated from Hobart Senior High School in Hobart, Oklahoma on October 7th, 1959. Kenneth was introduced to the love of his life, Bonnie Darlene Chapman, by a mutual friend and they were married on November 3rd, 1956 in Reno Oklahoma. Kenneth joined the Untied States Armed Forces on June 4th 1953 and served for 20 years, retiring as a 1st Sergeant on July 31st 1973. His Army career took him and Bonnie on many travels. Kenneth served in the Vietnam War serving three tours in country. He received multiple medals over the years to include 3 Bronze Service Stars for Vietnam Service, The Army Commendation with 3 Oak leaf clusters, and a 5th and 6th Awarded Good Conduct Medal to name a few. Ken and Bonnie shared a life with lots of friends, family and laughs. Ken's love for fishing and boating was only preceded by his love for his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. He was a man with wisdom and a joke for every situation. Kenneth was proceeded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, 2 sisters, his wife and 2 grandchildren. He is survived by his 5 children, Ricky Hinzman, Donald Hinzman, Sheri Dunne, Kenneth Grubb Jr, Michelle Grubb and over 30 grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Memorial Services will be held on Monday, June 1st, 2020 at 11:00AM at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Rd, Twin Falls, ID.
