Krystle Dawn Baker

February 28, 1992 — April 15, 2024

Elko, NV

Krystle Dawn Baker, born on February 28, 1992, in Twin Falls, Idaho, left this world on April 15, 2024, in Elko, Nevada. She was a beloved daughter of Don and Stacie Baker and a cherished sister to Jacqueline Calderon and Kendra Baker. Krystle was also an adored aunt by her nephews and niece. She grew up in Jerome, Idaho and graduated from Jerome High School class of 2010. During her high school years she met her high school sweet heart Raul Jimenez Jr. and they married August 20, 2011. Though this relationship wasn’t permanent they did remain friends after divorcing in September of 2015. She did find love again with Christina Baldazo in April 2022 and they were engaged on July 4, 2023.

Krystle’s life was marked by hard work and dedication. She worked various jobs up until she found her first work family at Cliff Bar, where she worked from 2016 to 2022. In January 2023 she moved to Elko, Nevada and worked at Nevada Gold Mines as a haul truck driver, where they embraced her swiftly and cherished her deeply. Among Krystle's proudest accomplishments were owning a home as well as vehicles and a motorcycle, showcasing her determination and hard work in achieving her dreams.

A woman of immense warmth and sincerity, Krystle easily captured the hearts of those around her with her caring nature and genuine personality. She had a way of making friends effortlessly, drawing people in with her honest demeanor and great sense of humor. As a little girl she wanted to be a veterinarian and longed to be a mother. Her hobbies reflected her creative spirit and nurturing soul. She loved to sing and was naturally very talented. Aside from singing, she found joy in reading, listening to audio books, crochet, Legos, clowning around, and tending to her furry companions. Her love for animals knew no bounds, and she poured her heart into looking after them.

In the symphony of life, Krystle's melody may have come to an end here on earth, but her song will echo eternally in the memories of those who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten—an irreplaceable light extinguished too soon.

Krystle is survived by her parents Don Baker Jr. and Stacie Baker of Jerome, ID.
