Rustin Bowen

Rustin Dee Bowen, 47, of Filer Idaho passed away April 24th 2022. Rustin was born in Twin Falls, Idaho on August 20th 1974 to Paul and Kaye Bowen. He lived in the Twin Falls area his entire life. He graduated from Filer High School in 1992. In 1996 he earned an associate of applied science degree in automotive technology from the College of Southern Idaho. In his younger days, Rustin loved hunting, fishing, and playing baseball. He had a lifelong love of music, firearms, cars, and motorcycles. He played the drums, saxophone, and bass guitar. He loved riding his motorcycle and was a member of the Snake River Bros motorcycle organization. Some of his favorite memories involved his long motorcycle rides and spending time with his friends. Rustin was always ready to make everyone laugh with his wit and wisecracks. Rustin was married once and was a loving stepfather to three children. At the time of his passing he worked in the parts department at the Goode Motors Volkswagen dealership in Twin Falls. He really enjoyed his job and working with his coworkers. Rustin was preceded in his passing by his father Paul and his mother Kaye. He is survived by his brother Randy of Idaho Falls and a grumpy old cat that hates everyone but Rustin.
